4. Third-Party Integrations

You can disconnect any integration at any time through Settings.
GitChat stores access tokens securely and does not share them with other parties.

5. Acceptable Use

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
Use the Service to perform actions that violate GitHub's or any third-party platform's terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to interpret your requests and perform actions. While we strive for accuracy:

AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Write operations (creating branches, merging PRs, deploying) require your explicit approval.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before they are executed.
GitChat is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-suggested actions that you approve.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitChat and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
